The important bits of the T&C's are below (full t&c's will be emailed on registration)

Eligibility

Please be aware that our seminars are only open to registered, certified chiropractic professionals and chiropractic students. By booking a place at any of our seminars you are confirming that you are a registered chiropractor or student attending 3rd year above and therefore have the right to attend.
SOTO reserves the right to ask for confirmation of these credentials prior to admitting anyone to a seminar, and also to refuse entry to a seminar to any individual who is unable to provide evidence of current registration. No refunds will be offered to individuals booking a place on one of our seminars who subsequently are refused entry on eligibility grounds - it is your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to attend the seminars you have booked.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that from time-to-time things come up that might prevent you from attending a seminar for which you have registered.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email to SOTO-A head office hello@soto.org.au

Should you find yourself in a situation, please contact SOTO-A Co-ordinator to arrange one of the following options:

Refunds

  • Cancellations received more than 28 days prior to the seminar series starting or single session registered are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to the seminar series starting or single session registered are entitled to an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the seminar series starting or single session registered are entitled to a 70% refund.
  • Cancellations received between 13 and 7 days prior to the seminar series starting or single session registered are entitled to a 40% refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 6 days prior to the seminar you will not be eligible for any refund and will forfeit all fees paid.

Please note:

No refunds are available once the seminar series has started. E.g - if you have registered for Full Series and have completed one (1) session of that series. Deferral policy is then applicable. Note – Deferrals are only accepted up to 10 days prior to seminar starting.

Deferrals

Deferrals will only be accepted in writing by email to SOTO-A Events Co-ordinator up to 10 days prior to the seminar starting. (11.59pm Wednesday week prior to the seminar series)

To register for an alternate session a deferral payment will be payable on registration for that session and made via ticketing system, and subject to availability.

Deferrals are valid for one (1) seminar series calendar year from the date of the original session. Please contact the office if you require clarification on applicable deferral expiry dates.

Student Deferrals

Due to the heavily discounted student rate, no deferrals are applicable to students.

Please note - Our locations and dates change each year, and any deferrals not taken up in the allocated time frame, will forfeit any previous fees paid for unattended seminars.

Late Deferrals / Last Minute / No Shows

Deferrals not received prior to 10 days’ notice (11.59pm Wednesday week prior to the seminar series) will be classed as a late deferral.

If you wish to rebook next year, a $330.00 late deferral fee will only be payable per session required rebooking.

Please note - this is due to our contractual payments already made with our venues and suppliers for confirmed numbers, 7 days prior to event. Please refer to the rescheduling of deferrals policy.

No shows

If you are unable to attend a seminar or course, and do not notify SOTO-A in writing prior to the event, you will forfeit all fees paid and charged the full registration fee.

Insurances

If you need to travel to attend any seminar, we suggest that you talk to your travel agent or insurer about the purchase of travel insurance as protection against cancellations, postponements, emergencies, and natural weather emergencies.

SOTO Australasia and its associated event organisers will not be held responsible in the event of sickness, natural event, or other disasters or disruptions including personal travel arrangements, ensure you are adequately insured for such instances.

Full terms and conditions are available in our registration link, and will also be emailed to delegates in PDF form once registration is confirmed. Please feel free to contact the office for any clarifiction on terms and conditions.
